Nikola’s creative journey began in school, where urban exploration with friends sparked his love of photography. Over time, still images felt limiting, pushing him toward video and storytelling. That path led him to Stuttgart Media University in Germany, where he studied audiovisual media and mastered cinematic filmmaking techniques.

After university, he returned to Bulgaria and launched a freelance career. Sports were always part of his life — mountain biking, skiing, climbing, kitesurfing — and many of his friends were professional athletes. Naturally, he started capturing extreme sports filmmaking projects, which became his specialty.
