Olympic diver turned world-class photographer, Tomasz Rossa combined his passions for sports, performance, and creativity into a professional imaging career that now spans casinos, hotels, and global entertainment brands. Based in Las Vegas, NV, Tomasz shoots underwater photography works of art protected by the Outex waterproof camera housing system — and his images regularly adorn billboards and entire hotel façades along the Las Vegas Strip.
Born in Warsaw, Poland, Rossa is a 6-time Polish Junior National Champion and 10-time Polish Senior National Champion in springboard and platform diving. After moving to the US on an athletic scholarship to the University of Iowa — where he earned All-American honors three times — he competed for Poland at the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games on the 3-meter springboard.
After retiring from competitive diving in 1996, Rossa transitioned into performance, joining Sea World Orlando's Baywatch Show and becoming an original cast member of Cirque du Soleil's legendary "O" show in Las Vegas. He also served on the creative team for three major aquatic productions: Le Rêve, The House of Dancing Water, and The Han Show.
His interest in photography began in grade school, and he turned professional in 2002. Bridging his twin passions for photography and movement, his images convey the intensity and interplay of dance with the athleticism of sport. With a discerning eye for color and composition — often working with large groups of performers — his work spans a broad emotional and energetic range. His clients include Cirque du Soleil, Wynn Las Vegas, City of Dreams Macau, Resort International Santosa, Capezio, Celine Dion, Criss Angel, and Dragone.

Tomasz relies on the Outex system to take his cameras — from DSLRs and mirrorless to medium format — into the water without sacrificing optical quality or camera control. If you shoot in challenging environments and need the same freedom, Outex is built for it.
