This page carries individual Outex components for replacement, upgrade, or expanding your existing kit. All parts are compatible with the full Outex system — Pro Kits, Entry Kits, and all add-on kits.

What Each Part Does

• Tripod Adaptor — Extends your camera’s standard ¼-inch tripod mount to the outside of the Outex housing for fully waterproof tripod mount use. Required for the Tripod Add-on Kit. Works with any Cover T opening.
• Cable Adaptor — Creates a waterproof pass-through for any cable — audio, video, power, data, or control — through the housing seal. Required for the Cable Pass-Through Add-on Kit. Works with any Cover T opening. Works with Plugs,
• Plug with slit — Seals a Cover T opening when the Cable or Tripod Adaptor is not in use. The slit allows a thin cable or wire to pass through while maintaining the seal. Use when you want to keep the T opening closed but need minimal cable clearance.
• Plug withOUT slit or opening — Fully seals a Cover T opening with no pass-through. Use when the T opening is not needed at all and you want a complete seal.
• Rear Glass Only (without mount bracket) — The optical glass rear element of the Pro Kit, without mounting brackets. Required to upgrade from an Entry Kit to a Pro Kit, or to replace a damaged rear glass. Use if you already have brackets or don’t need them.
• Rear Glass Short Bracket — Mounting bracket for the rear glass, for use with standard camera body depths. Included in the Pro Kit. Purchase as a replacement or spare.
• Rear Glass Long Bracket — Mounting bracket for the rear glass, for use with deeper camera bodies or cameras with battery grips. Purchase as a replacement or spare.
• Viewfinder Mounted Rear Glass — Alternative rear glass configuration that mounts directly to the camera’s viewfinder eyepiece rather than the body. Used in specific setups where standard bracket mounting is not compatible. Contact us to confirm compatibility before ordering.
• Flash Lens — The optical glass element that covers the flash opening in Cover F and Cover FT variants. Allows flash light to pass through while maintaining the waterproof seal. Required component of the Flash Add-on Kit.
• Flash Glove — The inner silicone element that holds the Flash Lens in place inside the Cover F opening. Required component of the Flash Add-on Kit. Purchase as a replacement if damaged.
• Canon N Adaptor — Camera-brand-specific adaptor for Canon N mount bodies. Allows the Outex cover to interface correctly with this mount configuration.
• Canon P Adaptor — Camera-brand-specific adaptor for Canon P mount bodies.
• Nikon N Adaptor — Camera-brand-specific adaptor for Nikon N mount bodies.
• Nikon P Adaptor — Camera-brand-specific adaptor for Nikon P mount bodies.
• Pentax Adaptor — Camera-brand-specific adaptor for Pentax mount bodies.

Upgrading from an Entry Kit to a Pro Kit?

You need the Rear Glass Only (without brackets) plus the appropriate bracket (Short or Long depending on your camera body depth), and a Pro Cover. Your existing front glass port carries over unchanged. See the Entry vs. Pro Kit guide for a full comparison.
