Worldwide shipping, service selection at checkout, and timing for destinations around the world.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and presented during the checkout process. Delivery timing depends on the actual destination address, items on the shopping cart, and the shipping service selected.
Outex offers shipping services from all the most popular couriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS domestically and internationally. Outex does not profit nor control shipping costs, but its Ecommerce platform is dynamic integrated with each courier's services thru an API that dynamically calculates shipping costs based on items on the cart (weight and volume), actual destination address, and the shipping service selection by the customer during the checkout process. Shipping usually occurs within 48 business hours from receipt of the order, and Outex will contact each customer if there are unforeseen inventory shortages or missing information.
Customers receive an automated email message with their order confirmation information upon placing a successful order. Check your junk folder inbox and add "@outex" to your safe list to ensure you are receiving critical order, installation, and other imaging related information. Customers receive a second automated email message with their tracking information using the selected shipping service when the order ships.
Outex ships wordwide since 2010 from warehouses in California, USA, Porto, Portugal, and Sao Paulo, Brazil depending on the order, stock availability, and proximity to the destination. If timing is critical and you require overnight or urgent shipping services, contact us at support@outex.com or by phone via our support contact information on the website. Like you, we rely on the couriers to fulfill their shipping service once the product/order is in their possession.
Sales and shipping costs may not include import duties or current/local taxes your city/country may impose, and we do not profit nor control them. But given our experience shipping worldwide since 2010, everything the courier's need is enclosed in the electronic and shipping information provided/contained in each order to facilitate, expedite, and reduce friction in the delivery process. Here's a helpful link to help you calculate them if you're concerned.
