As a Florida native, John Starrett grew up in the water. From surfing to free diving, he has always been immersed in the water culture and water man lifestyle. It is because of this love affair with all things liquid he has used his imagery to raise awareness of our dying Florida Springs and our vanishing marine life; both within salt and fresh water environments. He continues to work with several conservation agencies and groups, in hopes to inspire future generations to carry on in the efforts to protect and nurture our marine waterways, lakes, and oceans.
